WHO WE ARE
Clean-Biotec emerged in 2003 from the hand of its two members, Nathalie Beaucourt and Angélica García Alvaro, Director of Environmental Quality, who after a career in the field of environment and teaching decide to create an “innovative and pioneering microenterprise in every way, because, in La Rioja, we are the only company dedicated to environmental biotechnology”
Nathalie Beaucourt Le Barzic
PhD in Agricultural and Food Sciences from the University of La Rioja. Master in Biotechnology from the Complutense University of Madrid. Master in Environmental Management from the Institute of Ecological Research.
In her professional career at the University of La Rioja, she worked as a professor at the Agricultural Engineering School until 2006, collaborating on numerous research projects, both national and international since 1993 together with Ma Angélica García. To date, he has participated in twelve international publications and fifty national articles published in scientific journals. It carries out different national and international projects in the field of environmental biotechnology.

Mª Angélica García Álvaro
PhD in Biological Sciences from the University of Salamanca and Master in Environmental Management from the Institute of Ecological Research. She has worked as a professor at the Agricultural Engineering School of the University of La Rioja and participated in the Research Group of Ecofisiology of this same university. She has collaborated in numerous research projects, both national and international as well as various publications in scientific journals in the field of biology. She has extensive experience in the field of biotechnology applied to the resolution of environmental problems, being in charge of numerous national projects.
